Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return / Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests are accepted only via official support (WhatsApp/Email).
  • You must provide:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for request
    • Clear photos
    • Mandatory unboxing video

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Video must start before opening the parcel.
  • Show sealed package, opening process, and product clearly.
  • Must be continuous and unedited.
  • No video = No claim accepted.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags & packaging
  • In resale condition

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Product is worn, damaged, or has perfume stains
  • Tags/packaging are missing

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers must send the product back within 7–10 days after approval.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless defective product).
  • No reverse pickup available.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.

Deductions:

  • Up to 35% deduction on non-defective returns (size issue, change of mind, etc.)
  • Covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability).
  • Customer must pay both-way shipping charges.
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed (with applicable deductions).

7. Defective / Wrong Product

  • Must be proven with valid unboxing video.
  • If approved:
    • Free replacement or
    • Full refund (no deduction)

8. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

  • Minor color variation (due to lighting/screen)
  • Size issues (if size chart not followed)
  • Change of mind / not liked
  • Fabric or material preference
  • Delivery delays caused by courier
  • Replica/design variation (if mentioned)

9. Delivery & Courier

  • Delivery timelines are estimates.
  • Courier delays are not eligible for refund.
  • If parcel is damaged/tampered:
    • Do not accept delivery, or
    • Record full unboxing video

10. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric are normal in ethnic wear.
  • All decisions after quality check are final.
  • Misuse of return policy may lead to order restrictions.
